Overland Airways was incorporated
on September 17, 1998 as an aircraft charter company and scheduled
local commercial airline operator. It commenced scheduled
commercial flights in Nigeria with its inaugural flight on November
24, 2003.
It is wholly-Nigerian owned, with
operational stations located in Lagos, Abuja, Asaba, Ilorin, Minna,
Calabar and Ibadan. Our flight network is being expanded under a
phase arrangement to cover all other parts of Nigeria.
Overland Airways Limited is an

The airline currently operates a
fleet of well-maintained Beechcraft 1900D and ATR42-320 aircraft
operating non-scheduled and scheduled flights to various
destinations in Nigeria, West and Central Africa.
In recognition of the airline's
